Join us to connect, reflect and grow!

How much time do you spend being present and intentional? Most of us don’t set aside enough time to reflect, envision, and align our intentions and actions. These sessions offer emerging leaders an opportunity connect, learn and discuss leadership in a way that moves each individual closer to living their best life and doing their best work. We will choose a topic, provide lunch, and facilitate a meaningful conversation that helps us align our intentions and actions so we can lead with more clarity and confidence on our journey to become our best.

How Am I Getting In My Own Way?

Most of what holds us back from reaching our full potential is our own fear and the limiting beliefs we place upon ourselves that keep us from leaning into our natural gifts and the opportunities available to us. We’ll dive into: What are limiting beliefs? Where do they come from? What are some of the most common? Then we’ll explore practical ways to help us better manage our fear and remove those limiting beliefs so we can live out the best version of ourselves.
