Join us to connect, reflect and grow!

How much time do you spend being present and intentional? Most of us don’t set aside enough time to reflect, envision, and align our intentions and actions. These sessions offer emerging leaders an opportunity connect, learn and discuss leadership in a way that moves each individual closer to living their best life and doing their best work. We will choose a topic, provide lunch, and facilitate a meaningful conversation that helps us align our intentions and actions so we can lead with more clarity and confidence on our journey to become our best.

The Power of No - Focus, Priorities and Boundaries

Saying no is often the most difficult conversation we can have, but it becomes much easier when we are clear about our priorities and boundaries, and we have a handle on where our time and energy is spent. In this session, we will use meaningful questions and concepts to help each participant get clear on their intentions and what’s most important, and we will share practical tips for getting control over your task list and saying no with confidence.
