At The Restoration Project, we’re all about connection, courage, and creating spaces where leaders can thrive. That’s why we’re thrilled to support our friends at the Kick Ass Lady Club (KALC), a grassroots group of women who are rewriting what it means to show up for one another.
KALC is built on three pillars: fun, authenticity, and inclusion. This community of women knows how to laugh, talk, and not take themselves too seriously, except when it comes to kicking ass in all aspects of life. That part, they take seriously. And they balance it all with grace.
What began as a simple idea—connecting driven women in an authentic way—has blossomed into a vibrant community that has exceeded all expectations. Co-founded by Amanda Wendling and our very own Sarah Watson, the Kick Ass Lady Club now hosts a handful of powerful, joy-filled events throughout the year.

At The Restoration Project, we know growth doesn’t just happen in boardrooms or workshops, it happens when leaders gather, share, and remind one another of the courage we already carry within. Supporting the Kick Ass Lady Club is one more way we’re committed to creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered.
We hope to see you at one (or both!) of these upcoming events because life’s better when we kick ass together.
