Meet Molly
Molly Knuth is a storyteller, strategist, and Connection Creator based in rural Iowa. A former teacher turned entrepreneur, Molly spent nearly a decade as the owner and operator of Molly Knuth Media, where she helped small-town businesses modernize their marketing and share their stories with heart.
Today, she serves as the Managing Director at The Restoration Project, a leadership development organization dedicated to helping people lead with understanding, courage, integrity, connection, and love. Whether she’s guiding teams, coaching leaders, or speaking on stage, Molly’s mission is simple: to help others understand themselves, honor others, and build meaningful connection in every space they lead.
She is also the host of The Found Podcast, where she helps leaders find themselves as they intentionally navigate work, family, and leadership.
Rooted in her experiences as a teacher, business owner, farm wife, and mom of four, Molly blends practical tools with heartfelt reflection to help audiences move from overwhelmed to aligned and from disconnected to whole.
Her work centers on one truth: connection—within ourselves and with others—is the foundation of meaningful leadership.
