Registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Muscatine Women’s Leadership Summit!
The mission of this event is to bring women in the local workforce together to share best practices, exchange career stories, and build long-term relationships.

Featured presenters include Gage Huston (Muscatine Power & Water), Jen Craft (UnityPoint Health) and our own Brooke Fitzgerald (The Restoration Project). The “Cross Generational Voices of Women” panel will feature Meghan Hartman (HNI Corporation), Chelsea Harms (AFC Industries and Cheers & Graze with Charm), Rachel Reed (Muscatine Power & Water), Christine Cole (Stanley Consultants) and Michelle Almandinger (Kent Corporation).
Breakout sessions will touch on topics such as:
- Embracing diversity in culture, background & beliefs in the workplace
- Maximizing productivity and minimizing guilt
- Managing and working with different generations
- Influencing without leading
- Overcoming imposter syndrome
The event will be hosted by Denise Greenhaw (NextGen Motors of Muscatine).
The Summit will also once again host a vendor fair featuring an expanded variety of local curators, artisans, refreshments and services.
