Our Story
What would it feel like to live, lead, and work with meaning and purpose?
How it all began
The Restoration Project was founded in 2019 by Lindsay Leahy, our resident Dream Builder, with her own dream of helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
Throughout her corporate career to that point, Lindsay had established herself as the go-to for many of the people issues that popped up as organizations grew and scaled. From entry-level to executive leadership, Lindsay helped individuals improve their confidence, clarify their vision, and define their purpose. As a result, teams were able to more productively communicate with one another, navigate challenges, and execute complex organizational goals.
Lindsay knew that if she focused on addressing the human issues that often get in the way of high performance, she would expand her impact and serve the leaders and organizations she loved most in the Corridor and beyond.
The Restoration Project was born.
Brooke Fitzgerald: Energizing Growth
In 2020, Brooke Fitzgerald joined as the Energy Builder and Partner to formalize The Restoration Project as a life and leadership development organization. Her and Lindsay’s talents complemented one another, and the organization grew in awareness and impact as a result.
Molly Knuth: Connecting Coaches, Clients, and Core Values
In 2023, Molly Knuth came on board to assist with social media marketing and outreach. In 2024, she expanded her role to become our Connection Creator and Fractional CMO, and in 2026 Molly became the Managing Director of our organization.

From the appointments we put on our calendars to the events we host and the blogs we write, everything we do at The Restoration Project ties in to one of these three components of our mission statement. Using this mission as our North Star keeps our team grounded in our work and guides the coaching we do with our clients.
