Throughout the course of my career, I’ve had exposure to a wide variety of leadership styles. I’ve been fortunate to have mentors and coaches at pivotal points to guide me along my leadership journey, and that is what I offer my clients: coaching and developing key leadership attributes that will leave a lasting impact with teams and help individuals achieve their goals throughout their career.    

 

Building trust with a team by dedicating time and resources to ensuring you have a sound foundation in place will ultimately lead the person, team, or company to accomplish their goals more effectively than if that foundation has cracks. I’m here to help fill in the cracks. As I move forward with clients, the fundamental question to bring us back to center when making decisions and prioritizing objectives: will this help us improve colleague experience, client experience, or our ability to scale? If the answer is no, it doesn’t make it on the list.
