Each gathering blends reflection\, ritual\, and embodied practices with practical tools for living with more freedom\, clarity\, and intention. \n  \nDo I need to attend all three retreats? \nWhile each retreat offers a complete and meaningful experience on its own\, the three sessions are intentionally designed to build upon one another — Reflection\, Renewal\, and Rising. If you’re able\, we encourage attending the full series to experience the full rhythm of transformation from beginning to end. \n  \nWhat if I can’t attend all three sessions? \nWe understand that schedules can be full. After January 1\, 2026\, you’ll have the option to register for individual retreats through our single-event links\, available on a limited basis. We encourage early registration\, as space will be prioritized for full-series participants and remaining spots will be released afterward. \n  \nCan I attend just one session? \nYes! Beginning January 1\, 2026\, single-session registrations ($167 per retreat) will open\, pending availability. Before that date\, only full-series registrations ($447 Black Friday special\, $497 after Dec 31) will be available. \n  \nWhat can I expect during each retreat? \nEach session includes guided reflection\, movement\, ritual\, and moments of stillness — all designed to help you reconnect with your body\, spirit\, and intuition. Expect a mix of quiet personal time\, small-group sharing\, and gentle experiential practices in a supportive\, judgment-free space. \n  \nDo I need any prior experience with retreats or spiritual work? \nNot at all. Unbound is designed for both first-time retreat participants and those well along their spiritual or personal-growth journeys. Come as you are — all you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore. \n  \nWhat should I bring? \nWe recommend bringing: \n\nA journal and pen\nA water bottle\nComfortable clothing you can move and relax in\nWeather-appropriate layers (we may step outdoors if the weather allows)\nAny small comfort items — such as a blanket\, crystal\, or token — that help you feel grounded\n\nA light lunch and refreshments will be provided. \n  \nWhere is the retreat held? \nAll sessions will take place at Indian Creek Nature Center in Cedar Rapids\, Iowa — a beautiful\, restorative natural setting that invites reflection and renewal. \n  \nWho are the facilitators? \n\nBrooke Fitzgerald\, Partner and Energy Builder at The Restoration Project\, brings heart-centered leadership\, grounded presence\, and practical tools for courage and connection.\nAnji Kat\, of Soulful Living with Anji\, offers intuitive spiritual guidance and embodied practices that connect you with your deepest inner wisdom.\n\nTogether\, Brooke and Anji create a sacred and supportive space for your unfolding journey. \n  \nWhat is included in my registration? \nYour registration includes: \n\nA four-hour guided retreat experience (10 AM–2 PM)\nAll materials and rituals led by Brooke and Anji\nA light lunch and refreshments\nReflective journal prompts and take-home integration tools\nConnection with a supportive community of women\n\n  \nWhat is the cancellation or refund policy? \nBecause of the limited nature of this offering\, tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you can no longer attend\, you may gift or transfer your registration to another participant. Please contact the organizers at help@the-restorationproject.com for assistance with this process. \n  \nHow can I prepare for the experience? \nYou don’t need to do anything in advance\, but you may wish to set a quiet intention before you arrive — something you hope to release\, receive\, or remember. Come as you are\, and trust that what needs to unfold will. \n  \nWill there be space for reflection and connection? \nAbsolutely. Each retreat balances time for personal reflection with guided experiences and group connection. You’ll leave feeling both centered and inspired — connected to yourself and supported by a community of courageous women.
