How much time do you spend being present and intentional? Most of us don’t set aside enough time to reflect, envision, and align our intentions and actions. These sessions offer emerging leaders an opportunity connect, learn and discuss leadership in a way that moves each individual closer to living their best life and doing their best work. We will choose a topic, provide lunch, and facilitate a meaningful conversation that helps us align our intentions and actions so we can lead with more clarity and confidence on our journey to become our best.

Courageous Conversations - Managing Expectations and Accountability

Most of us are conflict avoidant. This can cause challenges in the workplace when we are unwilling to confront challenging situations that naturally come about working in teams and working through change. In this session, we will lay out common scenarios leaders face and provide practical tips on how to handle them effectively. We will leave time for individuals to discuss and get feedback around scenarios they face in a safe and confidential way.
