Join us to connect, reflect and grow!

How much time do you spend being present and intentional? Most of us don’t set aside enough time to reflect, envision, and align our intentions and actions. These sessions offer emerging leaders an opportunity connect, learn and discuss leadership in a way that moves each individual closer to living their best life and doing their best work. We will choose a topic, provide lunch, and facilitate a meaningful conversation that helps us align our intentions and actions so we can lead with more clarity and confidence on our journey to become our best.

Intention and Reflection - Simple Tools for Every Good Leader

Most leaders are stuck in the productivity trap. We believe that the more we “do” the better things will get. Reality is that the more time we spend forming our intentions and aligning them with our actions, the more effective our teams will be. The more time we spend reflecting on our day and what we’ve learned, the faster we accelerate growth and get to the results we are hoping to achieve. In this session, we will share simple ways leaders can incorporate the power of intention and reflection in their day to improve their own effectiveness and that of their team.
