Courageous Leadership Workshops are half day workshops for leaders and teams who believe in becoming more aware and intentional about how we live, lead and work to create positive change. We provide concepts and reflection questions that challenge you to think deeply, space to discuss and learn from others, and time to formulate a new plan of action when you leave. In our busy schedules we don’t have time and space to do the deep work required to maximize potential as individuals and improve effectiveness as a team. This is your opportunity to do just that. Topic: Make Time and Space to Prepare for What’s Ahead

Reflection and preparation are two activities that can change our life and work in profound ways because they bring new insight and another level of inspiration. However, most of us have a hard time pulling ourselves out of the day-to-day. It requires discipline, patience and courage to slow down, sit with the questions, do the deep work of considering where we are, where we want to go and how we’ll get there as well as who we want to be along the way and what adjustments should be made. In this workshop we will explore progress, lessons and challenges from the year so far, identify what we need to do to make the best of the rest of the year, and equip you with tools to make time and space to prepare for the year ahead. Attend on your own to explore as an individual, or bring your team to explore how you can do this better together!
